In 2014, The Trumbull County Combined Health District reported 149 complaints that involved Nuisances. These complaints included the following issues: Mosquitoes, Raw sewage, solid wastes, improper waste disposal, improper upkeep of animals (determined by their odors), and unfit human habitation.
